All products, materials & information contained within Weblinxpro and its associates are to be used for the following reasons only: To generalise our intent and obligation  to subscription holders only. An eligible transaction is when there is a subscription available for a service you have selected to purchase and your credit card payment is positively authorised by our acquiring gateway. We will conduct services as descibed to your nominated website within the allocated timeframe stipulated. We will exchange this information with you by email at the end of every week for your perusal. If you choose not to proceed with a purchase, no funds will be deducted from your credit card, or if so, a credit will be offered to you. If our bank comes back with a negative response for payment processing on your credit card, your purchase will not go ahead. You will need to use another credit card or use other payment options. All prices are in Australian dollars, inclusive of GST and subject to change at our discretion. Prices quoted on our website are final and not-negotiable. Refunds and returns: Any errors in description or pricing will be corrected by us when brought to our attention. If a purchase is made based on a description that is inaccurate or misleading or fails to meet reasonable expectations, the customer will be entitled to a credit. If you are not satisfied with your subsciption/s ability to perform within 7 days from receipt of purchase then please contact us to arrange a refund. A change of mind by the customer is not a valid reason for refund. However, an unsuitable selection for your business model may constitute a refund. We will assess a risk rating for all new site users. In our sole discretion, if the user is deemed to be of high risk, Weblinxpro reserves the right to refuse registration and right to purchase. If Weblinxpro in its sole discretion, finds or suspects that you are using the site in an unacceptable manner, we may choose to restrict, suspend or cancel your use of the service. Events that may trigger such a response by Weblinxpro include, fraudulent credit card activity, false data provided to us etc. The Site is protected by copyright, patent, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property and proprietary rights laws and is owned by Weblinxpro. All other trademarks appearing on the Site are the property of their respective owners.You will not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works or in any way exploit or defamate any of the content and material in whole or in part, discovered on the Site.
