Refund Policy

If a customer decides that a purchased subsciption from Weblinxpro is not in the best interest of his/her business then they have a right to request a refund within 7 days of their subscription trial period ending. A simple change of mind does not constitute a refund request. In the event of a change of subscribtion request, the difference in monthly subscription fee shall either be credited or invoiced. Such transitons can occur at any time of their current subscription.

There is no refund given in excess of 7 after a free trial, or 14 days into a Webinxpro subscription. However, a client may cancel the subscription by accessing their account online at anytime.
